The Body of Representatives of Mezőtúr Town - lets on hire by open competition the real estate at 3 Kossuth street, Mezőtúr L-number in cadastral survey is 177, territory is 3818 m² for social, cultural and educational purposes according to the statement of the Goveniment regulation No.2121/1998 (V.6.). The open competition must include:

- name and address of applicant

-     in case of economic company a registry court note which is not older than 3 months, a copy of specimen of signature

-     in case of contractor a copy of the enterprise certificate. the applicant's ideas for the utilization of the real estate the content of the offer restriction which cannot be less than 60 days from the submission of the application

- the applicant is obliged to enclose together with the submission of the application the declaration of the applicant's account keeping financial institution about the economic suitability of the applicant and according to the 46 § of Kbt. Section (l)-(6) the statements and official certificates with authorized signature.

- written declaration which certifies that against the applicant has no bankrupt or liquidation procedure or there is no tax or social insurance remainder of debts.

- declaration that the applicant will renew the building on the real estate incurring the expenses within 2 (two) years after concluding the agreement.

- declaration that the real estate will be used for social, cultural, educational purposes at least for 5 years.

-         Declaration that in case of winning the application 50.000 Ft caution money will be deposited for the period of use.

-   The application must be submitted for the use of all the buildings on die real estate, but in case of justified instances for the street side pavilions can be submit applications separately.

-   That application gives preference which is for the utilization of all the buildings on the real estate together

1'he Body of Representatives for the renewal of the building complex at 3 Kossuth street as counterpart ensures free of charge use for the winner applicant for 20 (twenty) years.

The Body of Representatives reserves the right to invalidate the applications without offering an explanation.

The deadline of submission of application: 31st May 2000 (Wednesday) 2 p.m.

Place:                   Town Hall, ₁st floor, room No.4.

The Body of Representatives will judge the applications during its session in June 2000.

Please submit the application in closed envelope, on the envelop must be indicate "HEMO APPLICATION".

The real estate can be looked at advance fixed time.
